PRODUCTS & DISCLAIMER
Femini Beauty Cosmetics offers body care products including (but not limited to): body mists, scrubs, shower gels, and body oils.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
  • Such differences do not qualify as defects and are not valid reasons for return or exchange as long as the product content and formulation remain correct

All products are for external use only. Customers must follow the instructions provided on the packaging. A patch test is recommended before full use.

All products are ready-made and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders are placed through our website and are subject to acceptance.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Apple Pay
  • Tabby
  • Tamara
  • Visa & MasterCard
  • Orders are only confirmed after successful payment
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • UAE delivery time: 2–5 business days
  • International delivery time: may take up to 20 days, depending on conditions

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

In case of lost shipments:

  • If confirmed to be caused by the shipping company, we will resend the same order at no additional cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer monetary refunds except in cases required under the Executive Regulations of the UAE Consumer Protection Law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, branding, and content are the property of Femini Beauty Cosmetics.

Some designs are created exclusively by us or in collaboration with artists under agreement.

  • Copying, reproducing, or using our designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

PERSONAL USE ONLY
All products sold are intended for personal use only.
Resale or commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Femini Beauty Cosmetics is not liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions or misuse of products
  • Failure to follow usage instructions
  • Delays caused by third-party shipping providers
  • Indirect or incidental damages resulting from product use

Customers are responsible for checking product ingredients before use.
